Video Production Process

  1. Once a video project is generated, the MPC Lead (Ashton or another lead) will contact Jon to determine the following:
      • Type of Video
      • Length of Final Video
      • Audience
      • Interviews?
      • Location for shoot
  2. MPC Lead to work with Jon on extimate to determine his time and video equipment costs.   
  3. MPC lead to finalize estimate and run it by Ashton for approval.
  4. MPC to submit estimate to client for signature of approval.
  5. Upon receiving approval, MPC to have a call with client to discuss video project.

MPC to draft brief and outline and provide it to client

MPC to draft script and shot list based on approved video outline.

Client to review script and shot list and provide feedback and approval.

Shoot

MPC to schedule shoot with client

Client to confirm shoot date, and confirm that the location will be ready for the shoot with spokespeople and product ready.

Shoot

MPC to complete proposal and send it to the client and ask if they would like a follow-up call to discuss it.

Client to sign and return proposal/estimate

MPC to provide first edit to client that matches the approved outline and shot list

Client to review edit and provide notes

Cleint to review and if satisfied approve in writing

Final Video

Upon receiving approval in writing MPC to provide client with final video file
