Weekly employee time.

  • Login to Teamwork
  • Go to ‘Time’ on left column
  • Sort time by ‘Date’
  • Go to filter and select
    • Last Week
    • User (start with first employee)
    • Three dots
    • Export > PDF
  • Move all employee reports from downloads to the correct folder on DropBox
  • Save folder with reports as that week number in the correct month for the year
  • Review each employee time for the week, email employee to make adjustments as needed
  • Once edits are made, re-run report and replace in the folder
  • Compare employee time with score card to ensure all client hours/work is balanced
  • Send any red flag emails to account leads and/or Ashton as needed
