Hiring Process

MPC prides itself in building and maintaining a crew of dedicated professionals that are committed to working with integrity, support each other and do their best to deliver exceptional client results. We have been lucky to have few exceptions to the rule as a company, and we strive to continue that tradition. When looking to add to the crew, these are the steps we take to ensure a good work environment for everyone.

  • Check in with employees to see if there’s someone within their network that is seeking employment that would get a recommendation
  • Advertise open job(s) within local PRSA chapters as well as LinkedIn
  • Director of operations and accounts screen candidates based on resumes and conduct initial interviews via Teams/Zoom
  • Second round candidates will interview with president and/or account leads
  • Director and president check references
  • Candidate(s) complete writing test
  • Any background checks as needed from HR
  • Final decision is made and offer is extended to candidate(s) in order of preference until position is filled
