November 7, 2023 (Lake Forest, CA) – The etnies squad enjoyed Exposure 2023 at Poods Skate Park in Encinitas, CA over the weekend!  The community vibes were strong all weekend, and etnies would like to congratulate these skaters on their wins:  Rinka Kanamori in Street Best Trick, Josslyn Brownell in Street Intermediate, Joey Yarbrough in Vert Intermediate and Mazel Alegado in Bowl Advanced.

The first Exposure event in 2012 was inspired by the “Underexposed” documentary, created by Exposure Co-founder, Olympian and etnies Ambassador Amelia Brodka, which highlighted the lack of opportunity for female skateboarders. etnies had a solid squad at the event including pro team rider Fabiana Delfiino (pictured above) and flow riders Kylie Frank (pictured above), Rinka Kanamori, Josslyn Brownell, Joey Yarbrough and Mazel Alegado.  Watch highlights of etnies Squad at the event here: @etniesskateboarding

For the 12th year in a row, Exposure Skate brought the skate community together!  Skateboarding is for everyone, and last weekend’s Exposure Skate street, vert and bowl contests recognized the non-traditional community.  Learn more about Exposure Skate here: https://www.exposureskate.org/about-us/#AboutUs
